At Chat Highlight, our Local Extension is free forever. This policy applies specifically to our Cloud Sync (Pro/Ultimate) subscriptions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your workflow. If the cloud features don't help you structure your knowledge effectively, we don't want your money.
We offer a transparent refund policy. You have 7 days from your initial purchase to fully test Chat Highlight. If it's not the right fit for your workflow, simply contact us for a full refund.
